Order delivered next day. Totally shocked to find that the box contained not only the handset in perfect condition as described but also 3 different cases, a mountable holder, a stylus, a duel port fast charger and 2 charging cables! Amazing!! did not expect the extras, all packed perfectly. Phone was fully charged and ready to go. Thank you!

Bonjour, l'état du téléphone semble trés correcte, en revanche j'ai deux petites choses à faire remonter. D'une part, la couleur du téléphone que j'ai demandé, n'est pas la bonne, j'ai commander un téléphone bleu un peu plus cher car sa couleur me plaisait mais le téléphone que j'ai reçu est noir. Si j'avais su que la couleur ne correspondrait pas, j'aurais commandé le doré, qui était moins joli mais moins cher. De plus le chargeur que vous m'avez fait parvenir avec le téléphone ne correspond pas au branchement du téléphone. Des petites erreurs qui ne sont pas très gênante, mais tout de même dommage à constater, puisque j'ai quelques chargeur en réserve et que la couleur noir n'est pas désagréable.

Service client réactif, livraison dans les temps malgré le retour du produit pour échange. Nous aurions aimé avoir des réponses sur l'origine du disfonctionnement du téléphone, car au final, c'était la carte SIM qui été défectueuse, ça aurait évité une relivraison aller-retour inutile....
