The phone arrived without a charging point cover but much worse the phone could not read SD Cards! Seriously disappointed with the seller and Backmarket. I first put in an SD Card that I know is working but it did not work in this phone. I wasted £24.99 buying a brand new SD Card but the phone can not read that either! Backmarket refuse to reimburse me the £24.99 I wasted on an SD Card. Why are they sending out broken inferior shoddy phones, they are supposed to be fully refurbished. Backmarket are scammers and time wasters. I will be warning potential buyers about them on Trustpilot and any other way possible. I asked for a refund for the phone. I got the full amount back but nothing can compensate me for the time wasted and the experience of dealing with their customer services and the awful returns process. They do not send out a returns label with the phone, you have to print it! What if you do not have a printer, I don't have one. You have to waste more money and time getting a print of the label. Completely awful experience from start to finish with these charlatans! I have bought a phone from them in the past that went well BUT when it goes wrong it really goes wrong!

It’s an old slloooooowww phone but it’s what we needed for my dad when his broke and we didn’t have time to get a smaller sim. It was delivered fast and works fine for its age. My only gripe is that it was grubby and needed cleaning.Thank you.

Hello, I'll be frank with you. I bought this phone in a hurry because I'd just smashed mine thinking it hadn't withstood the fall. And in fact, the day after I ordered it, I realised that it must still be working because I was getting sound notifications from my connected watch and my car. I went to see a local repairer who confirmed that it was working and that it was only the screen that had been cracked. I asked to have it repaired and it works perfectly. I went to your site to try and cancel the order, but it was too late. So I'm keeping it as a back-up. Best regards JJM

I haven't received my new SIM card yet. but the phone [Samsung s5] [second-hand] is working properly.....

The phone has a number of shortcomings: in particular, the battery drains very quickly, it's impossible to install certain applications because the operating system seems too old, and the power button falls off after a few days' use...

I'm quite disappointed because I like BackMArket, this phone cuts out every 15 seconds when I'm on WhatsApp, the battery life is very short, barely 2 minutes, and it's impossible to download Waze because it's not compatible.

Perfect product, except for the battery, which is less powerful than on my previous phone, even though it's the same model.
