the device works, the screen is fine but the body does not meet the criteria for Excelent. this phone could maybe be a Good. There very visible scratches and marks on the body, deep enough that removed the colour and cause dents. very disappointed as I paid more to receive something with basically no signs of wear. Bought other items here before without issues. first disappointment. Plus delivery was a day late.

I ordered a GREY S21. The seller made no attempt to contact me to state this wasn't available instead packaged a purple S21 completely misleading. I contacted straight away to arrange return and still haven't received any follow-up. This site might be great if the device you expect is shipped but any problems and it is not. No live chat only unhelpful FAQ's. When you try to leave a bad star review it they try to point you back at the FAQs. FIRST AND LAST TIME, AVOID THIS SITE.

Overall not a bad phone at all,runs really well and is good at what I need it for. But when I went to put in my 48 data SIM card it wouldn't recognise it at all. I ordered a new one from 48 in case it was the age of the first one I tried,but to no avail. The new one wouldn't rk either. So now I have to go about changing data providers in hopes that this will help the situation.
