Galaxy Note20 5G 256GB - Green - Unlocked

This is my third purchase from backmarket and I am not disappointed. The Samsung note 20 that I ordered corresponds to the description given on the site. I received it quickly in protected packaging. I was able to transfer my data without any problems. For the moment everything is working well and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Physical condition was excellent and like new as advertised, battery very good. Only criticism is that the S Pen accessory specific to this range has been replaced with a cheap third party one by the previous owner, I don't know if that is part of the checks done.

Birthday present 1 week ago, perfect but I have a doubt about the battery which doesn't last all day, although I had chosen the new battery. Otherwise delighted with the gift and a small gesture for the planet 👍

I can't say much about it yet, but the shipping and payment were very good and the mobile phone looks like new, so everything is as described. Now it just needs to be tested and the reception problems fixed then I'll be delighted.

The phone arrived well packaged, on the exact day indicated and in excellent quality. It does not look reconditioned.

I am very satisfied but I don't give it 5 stars because of a few points. Firstly, I paid for it to be in perfect condition, i.e. no scratches visible to the naked eye etc., and when I took off the matte screen protector they had put on and put on a glossy one, I realised that right in the middle of the screen there was a nice scratch that was quite visible to the naked eye. Secondly, it's not the end of the world but it's really annoying and it shouldn't be, I've configured the whole phone in French, but despite that I've got the entire play store in English and the weather in Chinese. My Samsung weather forecast finds absolutely no French cities, only China. You're not supposed to have a phone with one part in French, one in English and one in Chinese. Apart from these points, the phone is perfect. The state of the battery is 90% which is correct for refurbished and it lasts me the day despite professional use, photos etc... however once again I find it a shame to pay for a perfect state with a nice scratch in the middle of the screen and it's the first time it happens to me on Back market. I'm on my 3rd phone with them and I've never had this worry before.
