Almost everything is perfect with it aside from the battery, which seems too drain very fast.

I waited this long for the reasons to first use it for sometime before posting any review. I received my phone within few days and it was arrived safely. It looks brand new as no scratches to see. Battery is good quality and lasting for long time. It was a gift for my father and he liked it very much.

Bought for my autistic grandson. He took a day or two to adopt it and has barely let it out of his hands since. Excellent and his pen hand control improved greatly also. The device was in excellent condition and so far so good.

Ordered in "perfect condition" and frankly it is, apart from the packaging it looks like new with no signs of use. The free shell is unexpected and nice. The only downside is the battery. I ordered a new battery because I know that the battery is already the weak point of the model having had the same one before. However, I find that it discharges even faster than the previous ones I've had of the same model. So I always have to carry my powerbank with me. I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of the product.

One small downside: a rather large impact on the casing for a product that's supposed to be in "perfect condition". However, the overall experience was good and the phone worked perfectly, so we didn't need to ask for help to change the product.

So far so good - it's only been 2 weeks! But phone in as new condition and the battery is good so I'm happy. Arrived day after I ordered it so can't complain on that either. Used to have the Note 10+ and I was a little nervous getting this phone. But I haven't noticed any differences - apart from this being a little smaller which I actually prefer!
