I am very satisfied with this purchase, the phone is very good, ergonomic and practical, with good storage, but I feel that the battery life is quite low compared to normal. It lasts about 7-8 hours instead of 24 when it's new. This is the first refurbished device I've bought, but is this normal?

What can I say, Samsung Notes are my favourite. This one is still as good as its predecessors. The colour is subtle, it's light, soft even. It really arrived as if I'd just bought it in a shop. I'm very happy to use refurbished products, the devices are less expensive, and if you take them AS NEW/PROPER CONDITION, I hope they last a very long time. I am very satisfied with the product and the seller.

Hello I must honestly say respect that my Samsung Galaxy Note 9 128Gb in grey looks visually very good, has no scratches so like new unpacked. The phone looks really good because the back looks similar to chrome and the sides also fit very well with blue-grey.
