The product is fine, delivered quickly, nothing to report on this side. But this is the 2nd time I've gone through BackMarket and this is the 2nd time my item didn't work properly. The first time, I asked for a refund and bought new. No problem, it's just annoying. This time I have a problem with the storage. It tells me it's getting full when there's NOTHING on it, I just installed Spotify and uninstalled everything else as I only use it to listen to music. Also, the battery is fickle and drops to 0 as soon as I go below 45% or so I feel. I was expecting to get a refurbished one in very good working order, but every time there is a problem that would justify replacing it. The GALAXY J3 is in excellent condition. I was not so keen on the feminine side and the phone stuck to the case. I'm only using it to listen to music, so it's fine. It was set up for ORANGE... My son, on holiday with us, installed it for SFR and it works perfectly.
