The physical condition was excellent but as soon as I got the laptop I found there was an issue with the touchscreen driver. I immediately contacted back market to work out next steps and they were great. I opted for a repair which the seller was supposed to confirm within 5 workings days of receiving laptop back. The seller never updated back market or me on if they could or couldn't fix it and till now I've still heard nothing which means back market are just refunding my money. Fair play to them but extremely disappointed with the seller. Was a big purchase for big life changes (not their business I know) but at least an update that it couldn't be fixed as per the 5 day policy would have been good.

Good battery quality It's just that it's noisy, but not bad.
