I hadn't realised quite how bad my old phone had got. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A54 unlocked- wow what a difference. The phone itself has NOT a mark on it, it literally looks like new! Straight out of the box I was really happy with my decision and my purchase, it was a revelation being my first time purchasing a mobile out of a contract ...... never going back, thank you Backmarket.

The phone arrived in good time. It is in impeccable condition, with no visible scratches. I'm happy with it's functionality and battery power. The charger that it came with appears to have a faulty connector so I will attempt to exchange that. One slight disappointment is that I chose this phone as it has a good rating for waterproofing, but I only realised after it arrived that refurbished phones have been opened and therefore lost their waterproof protection.

Device received on time and in excellent condition, like new. After 8 days of use I am delighted with my Samsung A54 5g. My daughter ordered 2 Apple mobiles and had no problems. I recommend Backmarket to buy a reconditioned mobile phone and with the guarantee it's guaranteed security.
