The phone is perfect - better than the "very good" condition given it in the description. BackMarket have been a dream to deal with - great comms, quirky language and approach. But best of all, when there was an issue with the delivery (the issue was with the courier, not BackMarket I hasten to add), BackMarket's customer care team were extremely responsive and very helpful (shout out to Moayet of the ReMarket Customer Care Team) so the top marks review I've given is really as much for that as for the phone itself.
