well,I ordered a Samsung A32 5G free and the first one arrived to me wrong,I had no data and the calls did not work and with my operator there was no problem,I returned it,they refunded me without problem,but I have ordered the same model of mobile and everything has arrived to me well,but it is supposed to be 5g and they have sent me the 4g,I know because for the first terminal I ordered I bought a case for that model 5g and that same case does not fit me for the one they have sent me new as this mobile is a little smaller,the perdona who sold me the case for the first one told me that if it is 5g or 4g xq the case was not the same and now I understand why. it seems to me that this is cheating people,because i paid more money for this terminal so that it does not happen to me what happened to the previous one and on top of that they send me the 4g but in the description it says that it is the 5g. I'm going to keep it, but at least it is clear that I'm not stupid and I realize it.

Mobile phone Samsung A32 Good state with purchase separately insurance package, is the second purchase I make, already took in 2019 samsung S9 being found well I repeated the experience ... so far so good the phone and almost perfect in scratches on the back cover but if you look at it against the light, good battery status with normal use a day and a half after 20 days so far satisfied, timely delivery and fast on the inballo the other time was better the quality of the box, but still well packed,

The whole family has been buying from backmarket for years. Excellent value for money! I can't stand spending exorbitant amounts of money on a smart phone and what's more we avoid unnecessary waste and all thanks to backmarket. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. The phone is in the condition it was sold in, functional, very good value for money. The battery has a slightly short life, but this does not affect the phone, which works perfectly well. I highly recommend it!
