ProXpres C3010ND Pro printer

A disaster: initially, they promised delivery within 3 days... I ordered on 3 October and it arrived on 13 October. Condition: new? Not at all! It was smashed during shipping—they’d used paper for protection, which is pretty flimsy. I asked to return it, and what a nightmare. After a week, I finally managed to send my printer back, paying Chronopost €13.20 for the pickup. The result: I’d dreamed of getting a great deal... It’s been 15 days and I still don’t have a printer, even though I paid for it upfront... I’m just glad Chronopost took my wreckage off my hands—for an extra €13. FABULOUS! I wonder if I got ripped off this time 😜

Fully performs its printing function. A few minor flaws (normal wear and tear). I do not regret my purchase. Respectfully, Loïc LAPART

It was incorrectly configured and the printouts came out with transparency. After setting it up correctly it works fine. There is no damage and the toner levels are acceptable.
