It even lets you select what time you want the bread to be ready, adds fruit, nuts and jam at the appropriate time, and lets you create your own recipes.

Easy to use

A very clever interface computes temperature and baking time each time you make a selection. A turn and confirm dial makes it easy to choose between them, while the Smart Interface displays the major variables on one easy to read Large LCD screen. Internal light and large viewing window allow you to check the progress of the baking cycle without heat loss from opening the lid.

Flexible cooking

On top of the preset programmes, the manual setting lets you experiment with your own flavours and baking styles. You can also mix fruits, nuts, grains or jam into any recipe with ease. The chute opens automatically to dispense ingredients into the dough at the appropriate time in the kneading cycle. There's also a choice of 3 or 4 different crust settings from light to crunchy.
