The product was received quickly and at a very attractive price. I was very pleased with my first experience with Backmarket. I did not see the difference with a new product, so I would never have known it was a refurbished product if it had not been specified.

I am really delighted with my Rowenta aqua hoover!!!it is impeccable, functional and above all what a pleasure to no longer have to plug in an electric socket!!!aqua!!when I am upstairs in my house, no more mop bucket to lug around!!everything with my hoover!!too good!! I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the service.

The Rowenta XForce Flex 14.60 upright hoover that I received is not the one listed by your service, so the accessory I was expecting is missing...I'm a bit disappointed even though the condition is perfectly in line with your assessment, i.e. in very good condition. The reference displayed was RH9990WO and the one I received was RH99A9WO. So the Aqua Head brush is missing...a shame because everything was otherwise perfect!

I can't see the difference with a new one, it changes my life, the packaging was perfect and the shipping was very fast,
