It works really well, the machine pulls you forward to help you. Very easy to use, even for an elderly person, I think. On the other hand, the instructions are completely rubbish, I haven't understood everything yet 🙃. The downside also is that you can not vacuum cloth surfaces because you can not remove the system that washes it's suction plus washing, I think it happens.
