On the other hand it seems that there is a flaw in the fingerprint reader of the Samsung Galaxy S10 when some protective screens are on it (biometric fingerprints are poorly recognized). There are a lot of posts on the October 2019 harware sites saying that the problem will be solved, but no official communication from Samsung saying "We have solved the problem". And no information from Panzeglass either "Our product guarantees fingerprint verification".

Does this product guarantee fingerprint verification?
