Excellent service, fast and efficient. The phone arrived earlier than expected, and was packaged securely. The phone is exactly as advertised, at a good price, and is working very well. I will continue to use Backmarket in future. Like saving money and avoiding too much waste.

Hi am really pleased with my reconditioned I phone it looks immaculate and have no problems with it working at all. Delivery was prompt on date given. The 2 protective covers were a bonus (thanks a bundle). Overall extremely pleased with this site and will certainly let family and friends know.

Phone case and covers as offered. I would say it's good to know that the phone arrived with a screen protector on and a basic case so it was not really necessary but I'm glad we have the spares and my son prefers the new cover.

I love this case! It feels great, it's practical and the transparent side is great! I'm really pleased with my purchase! I haven't tried the protective glass yet, as the iPhone already came with a pane.

Overall pretty happy with the phone I have received. The vattery is unfortunately not very good though and does die when the phone gets to around 20% which happens almost every day. There are some bugs with the software, where you can’t press the ‘confirm’ button on some apps because the keyboard itself covers it. And also a couple of times my WhatsApp has crashed. But it’s a phone! V good value for the price and hopefully it’ll last a good few years. The shipping was amazing. Super quick.

Functional shell and protective screen. Just, I don't know if it's all like this, but I find the protective screen a bit short... there's 2 millimetres all around that aren't protected, either by the shell or by the transparent protective screen... It's also worth noting that the transparent shell increases the light from the torch tenfold from the sides (so if you want to dim the light with your hand, it's impossible because even when you put the phone down it passes through the sides of the shell... so it lights up without dazzling but without discretion...).
