Case iPhone 11 and 2 protective screens - Recycled plastic - Transparent

Ordered product in 'mint' condition, meaning "No scratches and have exteriors that look brand new." However, the back of the case was lined with scratches from fingernails. The two screens are both brand new and fully intact and come with a small toolkit from cleaning and maintainance. I know that by ordering from a refurbished site I was chancing my arm, but I still expected better quality when I selected the most expensive phone case option. Otherwise, I am very satisfied, as delivery came a week earlier than expected.

Extremely happy with the product and service. My only concern is that since receiving it I have had multiple calls from Unknown numbers. That is 23 in just 2 weeks whereas before they were very infrequent. I have kept the same number! Can anyone explain this?

Unfortunately the phone case went from clear to brown in a matter of days. Totally understand clear phone cases tend to do that but usually you get a few weeks or even months where it stays clear. Screen protectors absolutely perfect though, nothing to fault :)

Impeccable as usual and super fast delivery. The tel sometimes tells me that it doesn't recognise the new battery, but it works perfectly.

I find that the protection doesn't fit the phone at all. All the edges don't stick... the protection is flat but the edges of the phone are slightly rounded...

TBH only ordered at same time as phone for convenience. Can buy same case for fraction of price at local phone shop . Does the job and delivered in good time.

I am very happy with my refurbished phone. I am not happy with the way I receive the money back for my old phone. I don’t understand why the money could be paid to me on the card I paid with. I’m not happy giving my bank details and drinking licence information.
