firstly, the delivery of the package came well packed but in a smaller box than the coffee machine itself, so it was sticking out, fortunately nothing happened to it in transport. secondly, the seller did not even have the delicacy to clean the water tank (full of limescale) before selling it nor the machine itself on the back which could have been removed with a simple cloth... very careless on his part. the coffee machine itself works, but the ignition button is sunk in and the lever to release the coffee has to be left pressed until it starts to come out to be able to release it. I know it's a used appliance, but as it is I don't think it will last long and I think it would have been better to have bought a new one.

On dirait une neuve !!! OK, y a pas l'emballage d'origine... Mais elle fonctionne à la perfection. C'est un vrai bonheur
