Panasonic ToughBook CF-54 14-inch Core i5-6300U - SSD 512 GB - 8GB AZERTY - French

This was my first experience with BackMarket and I'm not disappointed, but at the same time I'm not 100% satisfied. The machine more or less corresponds to the description. It is sold under win 11 but is not compatible with this system. some drivers are missing and the native applications of this pc do not work. i switched back to win10 and everything works again. i have all the options of this pc available and functional. which was not the case with win11. it would be nice to specify the system installed before the sale. a 2017 pc is not sold with win11 .... afterwards, in terms of appearance or condition of the pc, there are 3 levels but no photos to check these conditions...the one I received is in fair condition level 1 as there are numerous dents and traces of wear on the case. without breakage. the screen looks new but not oem as the panel is not centred on the frame (black bands at the top and right) not annoying but clearly visible.
