Orange Neva jet 128GB - Blue - Unlocked

First of all, calls are barely audible, and it took me over a month to realise this, as I hardly ever use anything but text messages. Otherwise, the phone switches itself off without warning more and more often. Honestly, it looks like it's at the end of its life and isn't very practical. In particular, the unremovable Orange Tel app makes managing calls very awkward. After a while, it blocked calls altogether. I couldn't take them or make them. So I'll never buy Orange again. And this is the third or fourth time I've had a problem with equipment bought from Backmarket shortly afterwards. The company is very responsive, thank you for that, but it's not very reassuring, I have to admit.

Great price, great condition, great delivery! I haven't tried it yet, but so far I'm satisfied with my experience.

This phone isn't worth its already low price: the interface is graphically and tactically buggy, the sound can't be increased or changed when launching an application, and it's impossible to manage network restrictions by application. The after-sales service is appalling: they sent me a return label for a refund on the item and without giving me any news they sent me back the item (but without the phone, just the accessories). I conclude that they never read my messages. Review to come depending on their actions.
