Overall, I'm satisfied, but I find that the battery drains a bit quickly. Otherwise, I haven't detected any problems at the moment.

Good morning, I have just received the new smartphone that Smartphonestore sent me. It does not correspond to the order. It is not in very good condition as indicated at the time of ordering. The back cover is black and has defects as well as the frame of the phone is banged up and the rear camera as well.The screen is broken at the bottom right. I would like an exchange of the device to be as ordered in 'very good condition'. Thank you for your prompt reply.
