Very disappointing purchase. When you buy a refurbished device, you expect it to be in the same condition as a new one, even if it has already been used. The device was sent as is, in a plain cardboard box, without any of the original packaging, without a user manual, without even a single connection cable, which had to be purchased elsewhere. Although the device was said to be in very good condition, there were significant signs of wear, particularly on the buttons. What's more, less than three months after the first use (fortunately it was working fine), the device switched off (no batteries) and did not restart after replacing them with new ones. Waiting for the warranty to be returned to complete this review...

Product was as described and delivered promptly. I asked for a "perfect condition" product and was pleased to see that this was the case, the camera is as good as new! Thanks to BackMarket's reconditioning partner, you're doing a great job!

Good however there are more bumps on the appliance than what was stated on the advert. We chose this camera because the grade stated very good condition which is not the case. In addition, the lens cap is missing. Finally, the protective pouch has a hole in it. In conclusion, the camera was very dirty when it arrived.

Calidad precio muy bien, aunque no se especifica que se necesita una tarjeta de almacenamiento diferente y exclusiva de Olympus, también viene sin el clave USB. Pero en general estoy contento
