I am very satisfied with the device. Like new! Unfortunately, we later discovered it on Amazon for €50 less and when we asked Back Market why that was, we never got an answer. Of course we can answer them ourselves...sustainability is just expensive.... Nevertheless, we are disappointed with the communication with Back Market.

Near perfect condition. A little disappointed with the SIM card part, which is a little faulty, but lacks the little accessory to open the SIM card part. But very good value for money

This was a direct replacement phone for the same model, as the older model was getting slow. However, nothing changed, it was just as sluggish as the old unit. The product was well packaged and clean throughout. I would buy again from BackMarket. Great service.

A very good and high quality phone. The phone does not stutter (OS). I could not find much evidence of use on the phone. A few text messages of the previous user were left on the phone. The phone was delivered quickly, just two days and the phone was already there :).
