Delivery was quick. But after about ten hours of use (only, because we had to wait for the date to offer it, and then realise that the SIM card had to be replaced by a smaller one), the screen started flashing. We finally found a solution, but we shouldn't have had to do that. And this gift was so eagerly awaited that the person who received it didn't dare call customer service for fear of being left without a phone.

This is a budget phone, though it may not look it you will feel it, especially when you try to do anything fancy with it. the Android Go OS is seemingly not supported by Barclays' banking apps, no idea why but do bear that in mind. Also the camera and microphone are utter trash, maybe it's just mine but my camera refused to focus on anything, and attempting to use the video to record a concert resulted in a highly compressed pixel blur coupled with the blown-out sound quality of a recording from 2004. I will likely continue to use this phone as it does everything I need a phone to do, but barely anything beyond that.
