From the ordering process to the delivery to the service, everything was handled completely professionally. The Nokia 8.1 smartphone was delivered in top condition (as new). A plug-in charger and the USB charging cable were supplied in their original packaging as accessories. Unfortunately, these two parts were not functional. This was certainly a manufacturing defect. You really can't blame Back Market for this. Back Market had an immediate solution to this problem. They offered to send me functioning parts or I could buy them from a specialist shop and get a refund of €25, which I did. I can only say that despite the problem, everything went super well from A to Z!
