Arrived in plain packaging with charger cable but no plug or headphones or manual/ instructions, had the Nokia 5 so this was a basic upgrade. As of time of sending phone working well, would recommend to others if they required reconditioned/ upcycled goods.

Second purchase from BackMarket and will buy again as each purachase was actualy better than expected. I continue to actually think I have bought a brand new product.

The ordering process was easy and the delivery was fast. Unfortunately, the mobile phone camera doesn't work, but I will make a complaint about that.
