Everything is good,

Bought the phone and when it arrived, couldn’t turn it on and seems like the power button neither working and battery is damaged hence can’t turn the device on. Really disappointed!!

The phone will sent and receive text but will not receive or make phone calls.

Clunky and slow. Returned for refund straight away. Still waiting for refund.

The condition is said to be "very good". But the Nokia 5.1. looks like new. Couldn't detect a single scratch or damage. So I am thickly satisfied. The order was shipped on the first working day after the order day. Completely as agreed. Wim van Staverden

I made the mistake of using this phone far too late to realise that it had the defect of discharging far too quickly, with a battery level that dropped very quickly by 30 as soon as I used it for a photo, for example. This meant that I had to recharge it 2 or 3 times a day, and yet it was a Nokia, admittedly not too expensive to buy second-hand.

I received my phone five months ago, in August, and it has never worked properly. When I want to do something, the phone takes a long time to do what I want. Sometimes, it freezes without explanation, often when I receive a notification. And it's difficult to do a Google search and to open Gmail. Sometimes it is also difficult to send a message (once 10 minutes to send a message!) and even to make a phone call. All these things don't seem normal for a phone. I am really disappointed.
