Nokia 9 Pureview

The external condition of the phone was very good. The device looked almost new, the screen and the body were clean. Unfortunately, the battery condition was very poor. The battery drained from 100% to almost zero in one day of normal use. In practice, the phone could not be used without constant charging. The condition of the battery did not meet expectations and the overall external condition of the device. This was very disappointing.

The delivery and reconditioning were top notch, not a scratch, but the product itself had more and more bugs. Now it doesn't receive calls, doesn't always make them, lots of services don't work properly despite being returned to factory condition.

Everything was very fast, both ordering and receiving the phone. Delighted.

I've made several purchases from Backmarket and have always been very satisfied. First disappointment with this phone: very poor battery life (about 4 hours of battery life when in use, I don't use my phone that often and even so I have to recharge it once a day) and lots of lags, freezes and bugs when you want to take photos and videos. It's a shame. Very good screen and image quality though.

My Nokia 9 pureview 128 GB, excellent condition, was defective after about a year - warranty case. As I was told, I sent it in for repair. Very good communication until then. More than 14 days passed before I got my phone back repaired. After three days, the phone was defective again, with the same fault. I was asked to send it in again, which I did. After a few days, I was told that it had not been repaired after all and was now beyond repair. I could choose whether I wanted a credit note, which I decided to do. I was given a voucher code which was supposed to be activated after a few hours. Unfortunately, this did not happen. It took a few days before I was able to speak to someone on the phone. Above all, I asked them to send me my old, defective mobile phone so that I could back up the data it still contained, which is very important for me (I am self-employed). At first they didn't respond at all, but after further enquiries they told me that irreparable mobile phones would be recycled immediately. It would have been nice to have been told to back up all existing data. That way I could have reset the phone to factory settings right away. That's not customer friendliness, sorry. I am a big fan of Back Market, but this was very disappointing. With kind regards Martina Dechant

Produit reçu rapidement conforme à la commande, je dirai même mieux, car on dirai un neuf ! je suis très content de mon acquisition, le Nokia 9 PureView fonctionne à merveille, quel plaisir ! c'est parfait pour moi.

I bought a phone at the end of November and it has just given up the ghost: life span less than 2 months! First it was the phone that didn't work, then bluetooth... and now there's nothing, blackout (although there was 50% battery left). I logged into my account, clicked on "I have a problem with the device", "the device does not turn on anymore"... but then to get it repaired or sent back to the reconditioner, I am blocked because I can neither save my data, nor erase my personal information: the phone does not turn on, so I cannot do anything.
