Rather badly - 2Ndlifemobile accumulates bad points - judge for yourself 1 - delivery: scheduled for Thursday 28 by DHL - I thought "great, Thursday 28 I'll be off", so I kept to the delivery date and place - but no, in fact they delivered on Wednesday 27 and I wasn't at home - so I had to cancel the delivery. well no, in fact, they delivered on Wednesday 27 and I wasn't at home - I was lucky, my neighbour was teleworking and was able to receive the parcel - otherwise, I don't know where or when I would have picked it up 2 - phone presented as perfect, i.e. with a few micro-scratches on the shell - No, in fact, with a huge scratch on the shell - I let it go, because I'd planned to put it in a case so that it wouldn't show - but it's not "perfect condition" - misleading advertising 3 - I turned the phone on but I had to enter a code to unlock the screen; I foolishly tried 000 1234 and 4321 - without success - I couldn't call the seller - the number on the invoice was bogus - he was in Spain - so I sent an email via the Backmarket tracking system. The seller's after-sales service replied in French (that's a good point) and immediately offered to send the phone back (a 2nd good point) - well, no, I just need the unlock code, I replied. Er - reur! I should have sent it back straight away, I would have saved myself a lot of aggravation. While waiting to receive the code, I looked for - and found - a tutorial on the internet and unlocked the phone's screen - but, well, I hadn't planned to spend my day tinkering with my new phone at the end of the afternoon, the seller sent me an internet link to unlock the phone - link to a Youtube video - great,    video in English, (I manage to understand a few written words with the help of reverso, but I'm an idiot when it comes to speaking) and the images are blurry - so, a bad point for after-sales service 4 - finally, even though I managed to unlock the screen lock, I was never able to use the phone. This phone was not unlocked and I would have needed to know the google security details of the previous owner. Er... 5 - I contacted the after-sales service again - expressed my dissatisfaction - they immediately sent me a DHL return form (a good point for the after-sales service) - and on Friday 29th, I travelled to the neighbouring town (15km X 2 anyway + I had planned something else for my last day of holiday) to drop off the parcel at the DHL relay point - there's no DHL relay point in my small town. 6 - A week later, still no news of my return - have they received it? and of course, I still haven't received the refund for my purchase. conclusion: phone not unlocked = not checked = not passed through the workshops = not serious but who's not serious? This refurbisher or Backmarket in general? So, epilogue: in the end, I'm going to wait a bit before buying a reconditioned phone, and I've bought a new one.

bin sehr zufrieden, Preis Leistungs Verhältnis und Qualität sind top. Immer wieder würde ich mir wieder etwas Bestellen.

this phone has a major problem: it crashes regularly, about once every 2 days, and I haven't been able to identify the cause: everything stops; if the screen is on, it will stay on and you can't control anything. If the screen is off, it will stay off and you can't control anything... The only solution is to dismantle the shell and remove the battery ... What do you recommend? Big disappointment... What's more, I had to order a new date nano SIM from Free. The old SIM card in my old phone is now deactivated. If I change phones, I can't even use the nanoSIM card in my old phone, so I'll be without a phone for a few days, which is a real problem. What do you recommend? Best regards Denis Massie
