I'll start with the good stuff: My device is in excellent condition (as ordered) All the cables for my device were nicely sorted and packaged The customer service (by mail or conversation) is FAST, EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY Now comes the crap stuff The game was missing from the delivery (so I paid €15 for express delivery for absolutely nothing, because no-one would allow me to do that) AFTER my complaint I learnt that the retailer said it was out of stock. The retailer has known this for a long time! But did not consider it necessary to inform the customer so that I would at least have had the opportunity to change the delivery method and would not have paid 15€ for nothing. Which I personally think is really cheeky! There are people for whom €15 is worth nothing, I say whoever doesn't honour a cent isn't worth the rest. I can survive for 3 days on €15 alone, but the wholesaler couldn't give a shit. On top of that, it's not difficult to write a shitty email saying that it's not in stock at the moment (because they see that it's missing when they pack it before sending it, but no). A simple email would have been enough then I wouldn't have paid the fucking 15 euros for nothing, in the meantime I would have bought another game in my neighbourhood SO THAT I COULD HAVE AT LEAST PLAYED SOMETHING WHEN IT ARRIVED. But NO! BECAUSE THE RETAILER DIDN'T THINK IT WAS NECESSARY! so he sent it off, i was delighted, unpacked it, plugged everything in, was delighted because all the cables were so nicely sorted and then saw that i couldn't play because the fucking game was missing!!! As a working woman (with 2 sporty dogs) who gets up at 3 in the morning to get home at 6 pm as a commuter, I still have to cook, take care of the household, keep my dogs busy, feed the dogs, shower the dogs, shower myself. so i have no free time like a shit merchant swimming in money from where i stand. so i also have no time to just say "yeah i'll just get a game tomorrow" no because i have to work and if i don't have to then i have other appointments other problems and other tasks than getting the shit from a dealer because he's even too stupid to just get in touch and inform the customer that something will be missing when the delivery arrives So THANK YOU to the great customer service, without you I would very likely have forgotten my Neven and exploded.
