Issue: Wrong Model/Specs Delivered ​I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent order. After carefully researching and selecting a specific device on Back Market, I received an entirely different MSI laptop with different specifications like RAM, ROM and processor ​As a customer choosing refurbished tech to be more sustainable, I expected a level of professional QC that clearly wasn't met here. Now, I am stuck with the hassle of: ​The Delay: I now have to wait for a return process and a new shipment. ​The Inconvenience: I am currently without a functional device for work/personal use. ​The Effort: Having to repackage and drop off a return for a mistake I didn’t make. ​I really like the Back Market concept, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating. Given the significant inconvenience and the time lost, I would like to know how you intend to make this right. Note : I have already given for replacement regarding this item but I have to still wait another 5 to 10 days to get return the specific item
