Motorola Moto G6 Plus 64GB - Black - Unlocked

I'm glad I went back to a Motorola to keep the habit with my previous one. However, I had the unpleasant surprise of no longer being able to unlock my screen (after access with a fingerprint, at times the phone asks for a 6-digit PIN code) because it never accepted my code (which I know). After 67 attempts, I finally said to myself that the phone had a problem. The only solution (after consulting the help on the Motorola site and at a phone repair shop) is to reset it to factory defaults. It is possible to save the information using your Google account, but to do this... I therefore had to reset my phone and lose all the information I'd stored on it... According to the repairer I consulted, this is a problem that happens to all phones and all brands... It's the first time it's happened to me and I'm not blaming anyone. However, I'm reluctant to send it back and get another brand... I don't know if that will solve the problem. Note for later: disable the screen unlock code. Other than that, it works well, takes nice photos but doesn't have a very long battery (as advertised in the description).

The phone works well, the only downside is that the product doesn't come with a silicone case to protect the phone. That's an extra cost.

The phone arrived with the SIM card and memory card in place. Le petit outil qui sert à être inséré dans l'orifice afin d'enclencher l'ouverture à été livré avec l'appareil mais visiblement le bon fonctionnement n'a pas été vérifier. C'est pourtant le genre de chose qui me semble essentiel au bon fonctionnement du téléphone : pouvoir mettre une carte sim à l'intérieur. Je trouve que c'est un peu un peu inacceptable pour un produit qui a été vendu "en très bon état". On voit très bien que l'ouverture à été "forcée" plusieurs fois de part les marques d'usures présentes autour du petit orifice. De plus le téléphone a l'air très lent et peu réactif. A part son aspect extérieur qui est parfait (mise à part ce petit trou), le téléphone ne paraît en rien être comme neuf... Déçue car avant cela j'ai toujours été largement satisfaite par la qualité des produits de back market...

Even the operating system was updated to the latest version. It was also in its original packaging. The G6 was unavailable so the seller offered me the G7 at the same price. The seller was very easy to communicate with. It's a brand new phone in the original box with everything included - phone cover, turbo charger, headphones. The battery is great, lasts 3+ days with medium use. I'm very happy with my new phone and the service from Backmarket and their seller. Great initiative, reducing phone waste!
