I recommend Back Market to everyone who asks me about my phone. The quality of the customer service is good, the delivery service is very bad, the package tracking system is not up to date and the company that had to deliver it to me, FLR Transporte Urgente, are very bad professionals, I had to go 64 Km to pick it up after they had kept me at home waiting and waiting for them for 11 hours.

Everything was perfect from A to Z, from ordering to delivery. Since then, I've been slowly learning to use it, as it's my first smartphone, and I have to say that it's a bit frustrating to be 'forced' to accept apps that I didn't choose.

En parfait état, mais capte moins bien le réseau que mon ancien Doro 6520 là où j'habite ! Je le garde quand même, ayant besoin d'un smartphonet et pas certain que ce sera mieux avec un autre. Dans tous les cas le service et le suivi BackMarket sont excellents !
