Tout c'est bien déroulé sur le site, depuis le choix jusqu'à l'achat. Mes remarques négatives arrivent à partir de la phase de livraison : le livreur (FedEx) a été incompétent et je ne sais pas pourquoi, on m'a demandé mon avis alors que je n'avais pas reçu mon portable encore. Ca a été l'occasion d'évoquer mon mécontentement mais je 'ai pas eu l'impression d'être écouté + long delai de livraison malgré ma bonne volonté. En gros, bonne expérience sur le site mais des la phase de délégation à des prestataires on revient vers le bas de gamme.dommage

Le processeur est super lent, les apps s'ouvrent en 30 secondes, l'appareil photo est vraiment bof et le formulaire de contact de backmarket est en panne.
