We have a Galaxy A14 at home which, under the same conditions, keeps the battery at over 80%. I think the Edge 40 battery is faulty, what can I do?

The phone is very good, nothing to complain about at the moment! The delivery was catastrophic... The phone was left outside the front door for everyone to see .... for 5 days .... Luck was on our side, no-one came to collect it..... instead of me.... Unacceptable
