Surface Pro was mint condition and delivery was very fast. Recommend.

The product is not in excellent condition as it has visible scratches more than 20 cm away. The charger has a deformation or dent. The image of the item does not correspond to the one that was sent. I bought a product whose image corresponded to a black item and I received a silver one. In addition, the item overheats without any heavy software operation. All I had to do was switch it on for it to overheat. It even had lipstick residue on it. When I bought the item on the website it said it was in excellent condition, but after I bought it, it said it was in "very good condition". There is a difference there. If I am told it is in excellent condition I expect an item with invisible scratches 20cm away.
