Hello, the laptop works perfectly. Delivery was fast, and the condition is excellent—there are only a few minor scratches on the case. I'm very satisfied, everything functions correctly, and I highly recommend it. I'm shocked that I could receive such a great product so quickly.

Bought this Surface as it carried the biggest discount compared to new RRP and boy am I glad I did. It’s a brilliant piece of kit with so many features -facial recognition on top of the touchscreen and removable keyboard. I purchased the ‘fair’ condition and I personally would say it’s more like ‘very good’- one tiny scratch on the external cover which is barely visible. The keyboard and screen are in perfect condition. And delivery was a lot quicker than indicated on the site- just a couple of days wait. I bought my iPhone on BackMarket a few months ago and that was also a brilliant buy. I really can’t understand why anyone would buy from any other retailer/site.

Everything is great! From the information on the website, to the delivery, to the item itself. I received my computer with a new charger and a coating on the keyboard part (because my choice was "correct condition" I suppose that the material was slightly damaged, but with the coating installed desiccated, it is no longer visible!) The screen doesn't have any scratches that could bother you, nor are they visible. The correct condition can be seen on the outside corners of the computer, which looks like a tablet; there are a few traces of wear but nothing that would interfere with use! I'M SO PLEASED! It's exactly what I needed for my various uses! From note-taking and word processing to drawing, it's pure pleasure! THE PLUS? This screen is touch-sensitive!!! a huge time-saver! I recommend Back Market, and I recommend this Microsoft Surface pro 7+.

I needed a small laptop that did various things for my work and the Surface Pro7+ fitted the bill on everything. It arrived with a detachable keyboard and did absolutely everything I need. So much so that a work colleague decided she wanted one exactly the same and ordered it the same day. The graphics are very clear the the internet speed is excellent. Very highly recommended.

Good device, lots of black border on the screen, reduces screen size considerably, but image quality is excellent. Ideal for office use. The best of both worlds, a laptop and an Android tablet.
