This is my first experience of buying a second-hand product, and I have to say it's really great. Apart from minor scratches on the back shell, it looks as good as new. I read a lot of negative reviews about battery life, and being a refurbished device, I was surprised by the battery life of the device I received. It's not excellent, but it does very well for my usual workload. It came with the keyboard and charger and a protective tree pack. The only problems I have are occasional slowdowns and the delivery was late. Other than that, it works very well.

It came to me with a logged in session and I had a lot of trouble turning it on because I was only going to this session. They should check the devices more thoroughly before sending them out. Thank goodness I am good with computers. If this happens to someone who is a bit of an outsider, I would have had to send it back. On the other hand, I am aware that I bought a British device and that the keyboard would be in English, but I think they should think a bit more about the customer and at least send a set of keyboard stickers corresponding to the country of purchase. It would be a nice gesture to the buyer and, perhaps, an extra incentive to buy.

Thieves, never reimbursed despite numerous reminders, you send me messages and have changed the status of my order saying that it had been reimbursed but this is false, this has been going on for 3 months! Shame on you, I've been pinned many times by consumer associations for these practices, but I won't let them get away with it.
