I strongly advise against this seller who puts his products on sale when he is out of stock, it's really shameful. Ordered a surface pro 5 on 11/09/2023 which was supposed to be dispatched on the 13th but the person couldn't dispatch it and didn't want to refund me. I was on the phone every day with Back Market who told me that I was going to be reimbursed within 24 hours but in the end nothing happened and on the evening of 22/09 the order was dispatched even though I had been requesting reimbursement for over a week... In the end, I had to refuse the parcel on delivery so that it could be returned to sender and I could finally be reimbursed! Finally thank you to this seller who is not professional at all and who wasted my time fortunately for me I found much better elsewhere!

Unfortunately the appliance does not correspond to the "Good condition" condition purchased. Visually it's fine with very few signs of wear, but in use it has some very annoying problems. The buttons for adjusting the light don't work, so every time I want to adjust the screen light I have to go into the settings to adjust them. The battery only lasts for 3 hours, and when I use the keyboard it only lasts for 2.5 hours max. On top of that, I was really surprised when I had to use the device to work and I realised that the front camera didn't work. I couldn't turn it on and when I looked for it in the settings, it was as if the camera didn't exist! This is very disappointing, given that this is a device in "Good condition" and the lack of a front camera had never been mentioned. So I'm forced to use another device to get a camera, or take a video in front of a mirror to use the rear camera.
