The Surface arrived in very good condition and is still working very well after 10 months of use. However, the keyboard supplied with it is not of good quality.

Je suis très contente du produit. Le portable est très bien esthétiquement. Cependant, parfois quand je le démarre l’écran est rouge alors j’aimerais savoir si c’est normal ? Sinon je suis assez satisfaite.

Super service de Back market. Livraison rapide et conforme. Juste un petit soucis sur le reconditionnement la Surface était en langue espagnole, mais j'ai été en contact avec le fournisseur qui m'a proposé un échange,j'ai préféré remettre a zero moi me

Apart from the fact that the Surface heats up quickly (fan noise) when I'm not doing anything special, it works well. Delivery was quick. However, the USB port has a problem, it doesn't recognise my external hard drive, although it does recognise other peripherals (keyboard, mouse, USB key). My external hard drive is recognised on other computers without a problem, updates are done and the Surface doesn't recognise another external hard drive either. This was my first Backmarket purchase and I had taken the product in good condition, so I'm disappointed. I'm going to send the product back.
