The rating refers only to the seller and not to BackMarket itself. First of all, a long delivery time was given, which was not met. There was no update on the tracking for a long time. Then, at the end of July, a parcel arrived containing a keyboard that was actually intended for another customer, and it was not until the beginning of August that the goods arrived that were assigned to the tracking, which was something other than my actual order, namely a Surface Pro 4 instead of the Surface Pro 3 I had ordered. At least BackMarket was ultimately able to issue me with a return note for both products so that I could send the goods back, and the refund also went through quite quickly after the return arrived. That was the only good thing about this purchase, that all the problems could be solved, but I cannot recommend this seller. At least BackMarket's service was good.

Zustand ist nicht ganz „wie neu“ (wie angegeben), es sind deutliche Krater zu sehen aber mich persönlich stört es nicht. Lieferung war wie immer top und schnell und im Allgemeinen bin ich mal wieder rund um zufrieden. Danke :)

Das Tablet war in einem guten Zustand und macht bisher (1 Woche) keine Probleme. Soweit so gut. Abzüge gibt es leider, dass auf dem Bild eine Tastatur und Stift mit angegeben waren, diese aber nicht mitgeliefert wurden. Für die super schnelle Antwort auf meine Nachfrage und einen kleinen Nachlaß, gab es dann wieder einen Punkt.
