Instead of the 15-inch version I’d ordered, a 13-inch model was sent. However, the live chat support was very quick and helpful; a return label was sent straight away and the replacement arrived promptly. Overall, very good and prompt service and delivery.

The laptop is in very good condition and meets my expectations. Unfortunately, the battery charge is limited to 50% - this is probably due to Mircosoft - at least that's what I read on the net - but it should be fixed in the next updates. Let's wait and see.

It works well, but you can see from the keys that it's originally a QWERTY keyboard, because the keys have just been covered with a sticker that comes off very quickly, but now you can see the letters underneath.

Very good computer, immaculate condition. Just the charge limit which your customer service was able to sort out very quickly.

Meets all requirements perfectly (mainly for office use). Condition as described. Delivered on time and with care.
