The product I'd great in terms of external quality, delivery was very quick and the product for the most part runs smoothly. The battery life however is poor.

Perfect for my needs. Excellent compatibility with KDE linux. Even the surface pen works as it should. The only oddity is the smell that sticks to the faux suede of the keyboard, apparently from some kind of detergent or rinse agent, which fortunately faded with time.

A fortnight ago I bought this product. Arrived in the expected condition, excellent in operation. Apart from the case, which has some very small signs of use, I find it hard to believe that it is not new. Excellent.

Punctual delivery, product absolutely conforms to the description and at an amazing price, and really if it weren't for a few irrelevant details, it would be really difficult to distinguish it from new ... battery (after lightening up the operating system a bit) that easily holds me 12 hours between standby and medium/light use!
