Back market is an amazing place to buy phones and tablets and I will tell you the reasons why. 1. Quick delivery 2.Gives exactly what you asked for(condition, colour, type) 3. Insurance provide all repairs I ordered a fair tablet with an attached keyboard. The keyboard was poor and the tablet got hot quickly. I paid for insurance before so I requested to repair. I sent it off. The customer care was amazing with letting me know what was happening during the delivery. They sent it back straight away. The tablet is fixed and a new keyboard was restored. I appreciate how they were attentive to detail and valued communication. 4. Honest and quick service This is why I recommend backmarket Even if a worse condition is bought, insurance covers it ! Thank you backmarket for providing electronic at an affordable price with good quality !!

Very good product, but the packaging wasn't very secure and the tablet kept getting knocked around inside.

Very happy with the Surface Go 2 from Back Market. Great little PC/tablet for travelling light.

I will say i am happy with the item. It works well and is in good nick. However.... The reason i went for a microsoft laptop/pad is so that i could have access to microsoft office as a minimum. I now had to spend more (substantially more when considering the subscription) on aquiring myself. I have no doubt it is written in the small writing somewhere and that a reply to this will be along the lines of "you have 30 days to return it". However i needed a laptop and needed microsoft office. I get its a cheap option, however i went for it not because of price but because of this company's goal of making tech reusable (not wasting environmental resources). I feel tricked and scammed by a company i held in high regard. They should make it clear. If i get a apple laptop i assume ill get the word equivalent, same with other brands, so why not with microsoft. I hope this may be acted upon. I see i am not the first to have this issue.

Very responsive and great price Only downside is with the keyboard etc the battery life is very short
