Communication with BackMarket (not the vendor) was very slow and not relevent to questions asked. Communication with the vendor was excellent.

Excellent device, with very slight signs of use. Given the appropriate Microsoft software updates, it looks like a current device.

The Surface Book arrived super well packed, in almost new condition (I think it was sent back by Microsoft in exchange, because 0 battery cycles). For this reason, I am very satisfied. The only problem is that there was no system on the partition. I'm not taking anything away from the note, because I downloaded the official image and installed it directly. But for a normal user, and/or without access to another PC, this could be problematic. I'm not sure if it's a good one or not, but I'm sure it's a good one.

Wrong keyboard. The keyboard does not match what you enter.

The charger works okay, it is very scratched, sometimes it doesn't work. The battery seems to be in good condition. The hinge of the screen is a bit loose at certain angles. Otherwise fine.
