L'articolo ricevuto presenta una vistosa botta in corrispondenza della porta di ricarica e un lungo graffio nella parte inferiore del dispositivo. L'avrei anche accettato se avessi scelto un articolo in condizioni buone, ma l'ho scelto in condizioni eccellenti e descritto come indistinguibile da uno nuovo. E l'ho pagato di conseguenza. Ho mandato le foto e il servizio di assistenza mi ha offerto appena 80 euro per l'incoveniente. 80 non sono nemmeno la differenza tra un prodotto in condizioni buone e un altro in condizioni ottime.
