2.2/5Comprei este computador descrito acima, recebi outro modelo , reclamei e fiquei insegura em fazer a devolução do equipamento . Enviei mensagem a vocês pedindo uma solução, e disse que ficaria com o equipo se me devolvessem a diferença entre o que comprei e o que me enviaram. Após várias tratativas, hoje recebo uma resposta de me devolverem 65 euros (sendo que o equipo comprado custou 200 euros a mais que o que foi me enviado) e o pior foi que me enviaram uma nota fiscal com o valor do equipo que comprei, mas na descrição está o que me enviaram.
