2.2/5Reçu et tombé en panne au bout de quelques semaines (une touche ne fonctionnait plus). Je le renvoie, et reçois un ordinateur dont le clavier virtuel ne correspond pas au clavier physique. On me demande de le renvoyer à nouveau. Il s'agit d'un outil de travail, et mon collaborateur se retrouve sans ordinateur du fait de votre double incompétence. Je n'ai pas reçu d'excuses ni de dédommagement de la part de Back Market qui ne fait rien mis à part m'envoyer des étiquettes prépayées pour retour et réparation.
