    C’est une énorme arnaque. L’ordinateur que j’ai acheté en « état neuf » présentait quelques soucis, j’en ai donc informé backmarket et il me l’ont récupéré, puis renvoyer un autre. Catastrophe, le deuxième était complètement rayé, avec des pètes partout… Évidemment plusieurs de fonctions de fonctionnaient pas. Il était bien pire que l’ordinateur initial. Après les avoir informé de ce problème, ils m’ont proposé de le récupérer pour m’en envoyer un autre… Et là énorme blague, le 3eme est encore plus rayé, avec des énormes traces visibles à plus de 2 mètres. Le ponpon : backmarket me dis que c’est normal car c’est du reconditionné, et qu’ils ne peuvent rien faire car la date de garantie est maintenant dépassée. Je me retrouve avec un ordinateur acheté en « état neuf » qui est complètement défoncé, et qui ne fonctionne pas bien. Je vais donc poursuivre l’affaire en justice. À fuir donc, de toute évidence…

    Conforme à la description, elle mériterais d'être plus précise sur l'état des rayures mais rien de grave. - Une erreur dans la description: Touch ID est marqué comme présent cependant n'est pas disponible car ce n'est pas une puce Apple mais un processeur intel et donc touche Touch ID inutile. Un bon achat avec un prix très attractif !

    Comprado hace 1 año tiene un defecto de batería. Me lo arreglaron a los meses de la compra porque fallaba, pero ahora seguimos en las mismas, la batería no pasa del 6% de carga y si se queda a 0% arrancarlo es un problema.
